Recurring Payments
If you authorize a payment plan or recurring payment arrangement, payments may continue to be processed by the applicable third-party payment provider in accordance with the terms accepted at purchase until the payment obligation is completed or otherwise terminated according to the applicable agreement.
Outstanding Balances
Outstanding balances remain due according to the applicable purchase or client agreement. Understanding Ear reserves rights and remedies available under applicable law concerning unpaid amounts and reasonable collection costs.
